How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel an order, please mail us on email id info@livingroots.in
- Cancellations will possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Which products can be Returned/ Replaced?
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
- If any item is missing in the delivered package.

When are returns/refunds not possible?
- If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery of the package.
- Reasons like dislike/ not suitable do not qualify for refunds, returns and replacements.
- Package is returned with missing items like contents, price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc. or if the product is used.
- Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by customer, etc.
- Unboxing video is not provided as per the given instructions above.
- For Customized product, refund will be done only if the product is received in a Damaged or Defective condition by the customer. There will be no refund for customer dislike.
- When customer has given incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.
How do I request for a Return/ Exchange?
- Intimation for the return/ replacement should be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product on our support email id info@livingroots.in

- Unfortunately, any complaint that is reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Mandatory for Claiming Damaged/Defective Returns or Missing Items.
Important Return/ Exchange terms and conditions:
- Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, cannot be refunded.
- We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased.
- Return/ Replacement pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
- If we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund.
- All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.
- Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
- In case of any failed delivery due to customer not reachable or denying to accept the parcel, Living Roots will not be liable for any refund or additional charges to reattempt delivery. In such situation, we will only issue a website coupon once the product reaches us.
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
How will I receive my refund?
Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking)-
For prepaid orders, the order amount will be remitted back to your original mode of payment. The process for initiating this takes place 1-2 business days after the product reaches us and it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount reflect in your card / net-banking account.
Cash On Delivery Order-
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of website coupon of the same value which can be redeemed on Living Roots website within a period of 1 year.
Note:
If the order value becomes zero on usage of any gift vouchers or discount coupon codes, for such instances, there will be no refund provided and in return we will reinstate the “Gift Voucher” or “Discount Coupon Code ” with the respective amount, which you can use to redeem any other product of your choice from the Living Roots website.
